I really liked Mini Maric too and he would have to be pushing for a game. But how many shrimps can you have in the side;
Foley, Nahas, King, Matty White are all midgets.
Edwards, Cotchin and Conca are leprechauns too.

My take-
Batch to slow and his awareness is terrible. And thats not just from tonight. Tigers supporters make me laugh the way we claim our next big thing. Will say it right now, will not make it. Same goes for Webberley, just another Nason.
Also don't think Ellis is quite ready either for round 1. Did just ok tonight. Noticed he fumbled a fair bit tonight.
Morris struggled also, dispossal by both foot and hand are VFL standard at best.
Both Marics should play round 1 and maybe Derickx but that's about it from the newbies.
All in all i think it was a massive waste of time! Why play players that are CLEARLY nowhere near AFL standard.
Players, even for NAB Cup games should earn there spot.

I like it but not sure if Grigg is a lock yet? Let's see how Morris goes next week first, at this stage I would rather see him in taking a role on Bets or Gartlet.

One of Post or Grimes will have to play (or even both) and I think Batchelor will still get a gigg even though he had an off night tonight, don't forget he still got plenty of the pill.

lol....Maric only played a half and got more tap outs to advantage than Gus and Browne did combined last season! Derickx is only a slight upgrade on both at this stage but if I was Gus I would be calling the police because it seemed fairly obvious at times the Derickx had been stealing notes from Gus's handbag.....

Really disagree there old bud. I reckon he was really good. honestly. Works really hard around the ground and is aggressive. I think he'l have a big impact for us this year.

LMAO 3 or 4 contested marks. Took 2 marks for the game and had 6 touches, 4 of which went to Fremantle
