Petrie and the umpiring bs would of rolled them if it wasn't for the 5 bs free goals they got in the first half

Had the chance at the boundary throw-in. Mullet to Griggs, miss.  It had to be a goal.

Pathetic. Effort counts for nothing if you don't get the win. Mcguane gave Petrie a goal then has his clearing kick smothered. Sorry Dimma, but moving him back to defense was a terrible move. One that cost us.

I know we lost, but stuff me we had a good hard crack at it. Unfortunately, we are still carrying a few players who try hard but just aren't up to it (McGuane, Dea). Newman picked a bad year to be off his game. Still need another 4 quality player in the line-up including some class and poise up forward and some improved disposal in the back half.

North smothers cost us a number of times today.  They were better at the desperate acts.  They wanted the win more and they had slightly fresher legs.

Tried hard but not enough polish when it counted. Start sending those that need it to get their operations done to the hospital and begin the dive down where the better draft picks lay.
