What's the fascination with Caddy?  Move on people, price will be too high as other clubs are involved.  Knights, Chaplin & 3 good mids with 3 picks will do nicely.
Still think Moloney is a good option for us...
Agree and agree.

Caddy hasnt done anything to show he is worth what GCS would be wanting IMHO.

He has showed enough that suggests he will be a very very good player. I agree though that GC will be asking for too much, hence why I think we won't come to the party. Let's think logically about it though:

Essendon want him but cannot accommodate GC due to pick 10 going to Daniher.

St Kilda could offer up it's first pick and a player if they were keen on him. Geelong you would think would need to give a good young player and their first pick. Both these teams have a pick later than our 9.

Melbourne and Footscray could potentially wait until the PSD and try to secure him through there.

Carlton and N0rt would also be interested, once again we have an earlier pick than both and IMO would be just as appealing to Caddy.

Who is in the box seat? GC can demand what they want, but the above is what they have to work with, and Caddy will go for nothing if they don't take something for him. Having put all that together, it all becomes redundant if we are not willing to part with pick 9, which wouldn't suprise me at all.  :whistle

Don't name him in a thread, one of Robbo, hutchy or Barrett will no doubt be trawling through fan sites looking for their next rumor

Lol he will be 27 next year. Good luck with that Daniel.

I'd give him a 2 year deal.
