Why would any club be interested in Watts?

Same reason they might be interested in Post.  Perfect football build, talent and potential.

Unfortunately let down by the same thing also - a complete lack of application and heart.

Give me Watts over Post any day of the week. At least Jack has some skill and athleticism.
I'd take Watts at Tigerland. Would fill a role for us at the right price.

What role would that be, holding the tackle bags  :lol

So could Post.  Upper Timbuktu West 3rds jumps to mind.  Would be a great combination with Graham feeding it to him all day.

I guess it all depends whether the club feels confident that Grimes will make a complete recovery but that's the role for him.
Third tall defender. Dees murdered no1 on him but can play.

Greg Denham on KB's show said watch this space regarding Nahas. Both Robbie and Gus would be tradeable. KB was surprised as he thought Nahas would be a keeper as a goalkicking small forward. Denham replied if Nahas turned sideways you wouldn't see him and clubs are moving away from those types.

Watts would be very good in our side, we have a structure (better) that would be more help to him.
DIMMA - You will be held ACCOUNTABLE...

“We are really excited about what we have brought in. We have got great depth of players that can take us where we need to go. We are just putting some cream on the top at the moment,” he said.

Watts mmm don't think Demons would
trade him would they?
make a mockery of their draft history
over the last few years, i thought we hade been
bad.

Would he flourish in our new and improved culture and enviroment.

sure do.

I agree. Melbourne's player development is awful.

Would love to trade Nahas and Gus.

As for Watts, I think a lot of people are more keen on him because he was a pick 1 then on what he has shown on field. Player development is a poor excuse. Players can play regardless of 'development' after getting drafted. I'm not saying it's completely irrelevant, but it doesn't turn a turd into a gold nugget. If he was capable he would be at minimum playing decent footy as is.

Jesse White has requested a trade from Sydney, where the 24-year-old forward played just three games in the Swans' premiership season. White, originally recruited from Queensland after spending most of his junior years playing basketball, put together an impressive 20-game season in 2010 but has fallen down the pecking order since. He is contracted for another year but, given Sam Reid's development, the recruitment of Tommy Walsh and Sydney's potential to snare Kurt Tippett, the Swans are happy to facilitate a trade.

3AW news saying Tippett will nominate his preferred club today.
