I would just like my membership stuff to arrive before Xmas as per the TXT m ;Dessage the other day

Not confident 

A lot of the members in Qld all received their packs over the past 2 days WP so I see no reason why it won't.

Had a friend speak to the club to see where theirs is and was told "there are few problems with the mailhouse" 

Surprise, surprise - not

It is always the mailhouse

Not that I have kids waiting on it and hoping to have it before Christmas, but a little irritating having renewed mine on the 2nd day they were on sale and still nothing.

I re-sgined for Inner Sanctum and sorted out all the normal membership stuff before they actually went on sale

So TBH I am not expecting the "Inner Sanctum" Coterie stuff

But certainly expecting the "ordinary" membership stuff to turn up as per the Club's TXT

And I don't want to hear about problems with the mailhouse. That was last years excuse

Just got this e mail from Ash (emailed them about my package not arriving yet)

Definitely should have arrived by now, so I am going to have to assume something has happened to it in the post on the way to your address from the mailing house. What I will do, I will run over a new card and pack to the post (it’s about to go) and send it in an express post bag.
 
Just in case you receives two packs, please throw out the card that receives in a WHITE plastic post bag, and the one that arrives in the EXPRESS bag is the correct card.
 
You should receive it tomorrow, if not Saturday post is also going.

I must be one of the lucky ones got my 3121 pack last Friday and my daughter got her toddler pack over the weekend.

Can I say that it isn't the fact that the stuff hasn't come that gets me annoyed it is the fact that Club (I would argue stupidly) sends out TXT & email messages "guaranteeing" delivery before Xmas and then they don't "deliver" (pardon the pun). It isn't a great look, amatuerish to be honest especially when they blame "problems with the mailhouse etc" again.

Would rather they not guarantee and just do
