Always know what you're going to get from Flossy. Will be a beast of a bloke in a couple years and hopefully he still has the flat top by then too.

Solid again last night playing the sweeper role. Flossy doesn't take a backward step going for the footy.

Tough no question but his disposal was rubbish. Hopefully an aberration.

What are peoples thought about trying this guy in the forward line as the crumbing forward we lack??

Get Morris in the back line and use Vlas forward??

He's a better player than that unfortunately.
I don't mind him playing where he is, he provides a contest and has better skills than Morris.
Edwards is the crumbling small forward we've been crying out for, they just have to leave him there!

He's a good mark. Could potentially be a mid-size forward. Remember him jagging a few in his first year - seemed to have great goal sense and a good set shot.

Worth a try imo but as usual we'll 'wait til he develops a tank then put him in the midfield' like Martin. Hell they're even talkin about Lloyd playing midfield lol.

Enough said really. I think we should try him.

Like Martin there's merit in playing him off half back, even forward too, but also like Martin he's needed most in the guts. Another one we need to clone.

2 things I want to see Vlastuin improve immediately.

1 - His initial burst/first step as he takes possession - we know hes a unit, if he can get a bit of explosiveness into the quads and with his strength he'll be brushing them off and creating space for our runners, atm he gets swamped and cant get it out effectively.

2 - Got to tidy up his kicking skills. He's got good technique and looks like a good kick most of the time but seems to miss a lot of targets. Reckon its just sloppiness? either way its something he needs to focus on now before it becomes an issue.
