This article is a couple of weeks old but it mentions McIntosh only took up footy 4 years ago so there should be plenty of upside left in him as he develops and matures.

December 7, 2012 Michelle and Clayton McIntosh of Karratha couldn’t be more proud of their boy Kamdyn McIntosh, who was selected at number 31 in the Australian Football League’s 2012 national draft by the Richmond Football Club.
Michelle McIntosh said the family watched the results live on national television.
“We’re really excited and happy for him,” she said.
“I think it’s going to be a good challenge for him, it’s something that he’s always really wanted to do.”
Kamdyn is proving a freakish, natural talent at Australian Rules because he only took up the game four years ago.
Before that, when he was living in Karratha as a child, he didn’t even join a footy club, preferring to play karate and soccer instead.
Michelle said her and husband Clayton saw the athletic potential in their 18-year-old son early in his childhood.
“He’s got a real drive to do his best, and he has really enjoyed football and can’t wait to start playing for Richmond.”
Kamdyn will be back home in Karratha for Christmas with his parents.
