Im gonna stick with just the 3 "locks" for the Top 8:-
Hawks, Swans, Cats
Tigers, Pies, Bombers and Freo becoming "locks" for the 8 in the next month.

Current status
1. Freo 38 points 132%
2. Essendon 36 points 132%
3. Richmond 32 points 119%
4. Pies 32 points 108%
5. Power 28 points 115%

6.  Blues 24 points 116%
7.  Eagles 24 points 111%
8.  Crows 20 points 103%
9. Suns 20 points 92%
10. Norf 16 points 107%

Freo have Cats (away), Saints, Eagles and Tigers.
Might be a different challenge facing the Dockers in a month if we take advantage of our draw in the next few weeks.

Bombres have Eagles, Power, Bulldogs and Giants. Can't miss but will leave in for the next few weeks

Pies have Power(away), Blues, Crows and Suns(away). I'm just hoping that there is an upset or 2 in that month. Won't really matter as each of those sides are in the mix to varying degrees.

Power have Pies, Bombres (away), Hawks and Saints (away). Hard to see them winning more than 1 of these despite their upset win over the Swans.

Blues have Swans(away), Pies, Saints and Roos. Providing the Swans manage to beat them, that Collingwood game is going to be a monster game for Mickeys boys.

Eagles have Bombers, Crows, Dockers and Swans. Goodbye Eagles finals, expect the press conference announcing Wooshers departure after the Swans game.

Crows have Suns, Eagles, Pies and Cats. See Eagles although I'm sure Sando will be safe.

Suns have Crows, Lions, Tigers and  Pies. Not sure they will remain on this ladder in a month although they don't leave the sunshine state in the next month.  Tigers is a danger game........for us!

Norf have giants, tigers, lions (away) and  blues. Surely they can't but its a draw they would've expected to win each game.

Tigers have Saints, Roos, Suns (away) and Freo. We really should be aiming to win our next 3 games which sets up a cracker against Freo at home in a months time.

My guess is that a month from now Bombres and Freo will be locked in to the 8 and the Eagles, Crows and Suns will drop out.
I have this nagging feeling the Roos might win their next 4 which won't rule them out

Saturday August 17 round 21.

The cheating scum need to beat us to keep their finals hopes alive.
We win and we lock in finals.

My dream scenario is that we smash those finals hopes right out of the MCG in the first quarter.
No comebacks, no almost wins, no just abouts or what ifs.
Just a right royal thumping that will damage them for the next 3 years of the traitors reign.

It's time to inflict pain to those cheating blue scum!

With the Eagles' draw and them not able to win at home, it's hard to see them making the finals now. The only thing that will keep them in it for now is if Carlton and Port lose their next couple as well. All in all it's good news for us.

being 8 -4 and then going 4 - 6  wouldn't be the greatest way to enter our first finals.
Reckon bare min we will at least split it

:yep would be very dissapointing to finish 4-6 from here, would mean we only limp into finals

A win on Sunday will now put us 3 games clear of those sides outside the top 8   :gotigers.

Carleff have an easy run. Expect them to default into the 8 as port naturally slides out. WC has a tough rough home - wont make it on current form
