Let's not single players out

Why? So Vickery and his wang gang can hide behind the performances of Cotch, Thomas and the like?

Players should be accountable

Can I ask a serious question....is the humidity / dew / playing in March  a serious factor at metricon. Some of the Richmond players looked like they were playing with soap last night.

I don't get it ...playing in the third world (Cairns) is one thing but our record at the gabba is almost as good as the Australian cricket team.

Usually play the gabba in Winter - big difference in conditions.

To be fair, as Shute as we were aside.

Vlad has got what it wanted in regards from the expansion sides.

They will be good for some time.

I think in years to come we may look back on this round as the beginning of the end for the rest of the competitions hopes of a flag for 5+ years  :help. We have 2 or 3 more years left before we see the inevitable happen  :badidea

Just watching the replay

I don't get it ...playing in the third world (Cairns) is one thing but our record at the gabba is almost as good as the Australian cricket team.

I wasn't there last night Mat but looking at the temperatures, humidity and (more importantly) dew point around game time would suggest that there was some (but not a large amount) humidity but little or no moisture (dew) on the ground and a significant breeze so the handling errors or lack of effort/run can't be blamed on humidity or moisture.  And if they were a factor then both sides would have been slipping over and spilling ball but only one side was.

Interesting, we are up here at the moment & this morning went to brekky with Suns supporting family who live on GC, their first comment was that we hadn't factored in the slippery conditions.
