Rang the club once and told the receptionist not to get Fevola.....she said "thanks you're only about the hundredth person to ring today and say that"...only time I've ever done anything like that, though in my defence - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rIXVZUcQX9E

apologies just checked my emails it wasnt about Thursfield, rather about our pathetic performance against geelong at etihad the weekend prior in that smashing.

to his credit he replied, albeit with more garbage so us supporters just kept on giving  to the good cause

he referred me on to the clubs website and pointed this out

Stable strategic Board
Strong admin
Very good match committee and coaching panel who won't accept failure
Talent ,yes plenty of it...come to Coburg one day or come to training
and I will point it out
Loyalty it is a life long commodity...life is built around it

Trust you will all hang in there

Q. Are the Tigers really thinking of trading Ben Lennon and a pick for Yarran. Lennon showed a bit this year.

Jay Clark: Think the TIgers will fight hard to keep Lennon out of the Yarran deal. He is a classy player, Lennon.

Q. Richmond will surely resign lennon soon and not involve him in any trades??

Jay Clark: That's the Tigers' preference

Get it done Tiges. Sign him up and get him off the radar of clubs.

Lennon has changed his twitter photo from a pic of him onfield as a Tiger to one of him in at a pub/bar with McBean and McDonough.

https://twitter.com/lennonben

Carlton fans are viewing this as confirmation that Lennon is leaving Richmond.

Lennon has to be signed.
In my mind he is worth what I know most people would consider overs. I am guessing that most would be thinking he is in the 300-350 bracket. imv if he is asking $450,000 then pay it. Freeman walking is scary. I consider the extra $100k as an additional insurance payment to protect that first round pick, we will not be anywhere near a top 10 pick in the next couple of years, so this has to be done. In a way Lennon is just the lucky recipient of the trickle down effect of FA and it's compo system, but good luck to him!
