9 points....OH RFC....how could you!!!! :lol
Your suprised???

Where have you been???

I know how they roll hence the.... :lol
Sorry mate. I didn't see it.

Stand by for a port onslaught in the last.

You'll see them play us man on man and kill us in contested possession and run.
The marshmallows will start crying and the players will show how much they love Rance or Jack.

My prediction is port by 22 points.

......the coach will do more of this.  :huh3

I am hearing you...

I'm sure you're both shattered, poor darlings. Perhaps you can console yourselves with a bottle of chardy, a box of tissues and watch the Sleepless in Seattle movie.  ;D

At least it stopped him from kicking another goal.

Thought Jack had a good game as was Houli & Petterd

Cotchin was very good as usual and Miles was very good also.

20 points at half time, squandering a 32 point lead...

The game is ours to lose again if we are hopeless enough....I hope we are!!!  :gotigers

That result just makes me angry more than anything.  The side that won today is the one that made the finals last year playing the same style of football.  We looked fast, skilful and committed, and outran and outlasted the supposed fittest side in the AFL.  So why did it take until Round 17 to start playing the same proven style of football that took us to a whisker of the top 4 last year?  The playing list is almost identical so what has suddenly changed to make the players run forward, pressure their opponents and take the game on?  I can't help but think the coaching group have committed a serious crime on themselves and the team by trying to change the gameplan over the summer and it's taken them this long to admit it and make the change back.  Jack was spot on with his comments earlier in the year and rather than castigate him publicly, Hardwick should have stepped past his ego and listened to what was being said.  Who knows, we might have been able to resurrect the season back then, instead of making ourselves look like foolish imposters by playing so crap and then suddenly turning it all around.  Gold Coast, Bulldogs, Melbourne and North Melb are just 4 games I can think of that we would have won easily playing that style and we would then be sitting in the 8 instead of planning Sept holidays.   :banghead :banghead :banghead :banghead :banghead :banghead :banghead

It's easier to win games when the pressure is off you....

I reckon the inclusion of Maric and miles has made a massive impact on our contested ball numbers over last 5 weeks , we ve been building to a performance like this

It's easier to win games when the pressure is off you....
true, but, for instance, we saw very little of the overuse of backwards/sideways possessions today.
there was plenty of times today where players ignored the backwards/sideways option and  looked for, and found, an option further up the ground.

this is as much a coaching thing as a pressure related thing
