Aside from the poor workrate and lack of pressure and accountability, we've had no idea with the breeze today. Long kicks dropping short when kicking into it and then dicky little kicks missing teammates with the breeze  .

Agree. Both sides have to play with the breeze for two quarters - it's how you deal with it. We still haven't learnt from the first Cairns debacle in 2011.

Yes it was all the breeze in the first quarter - as evidenced by our stunning comeback this quarter.

the players weren't switched on and we gifted Port at least 3 goals in the first quarter, the coach also has to take responsibility. some of the players today proved they are not finals players. its time to ship them off.

Yep. Scoreboard pressure is very important when playing away. We won the first 5 centre clearances yet we turned over possession going forward (partly due to kicking into the breeze as well as Port playing a loose man in drop zone) and it was Port who ran it up the other end for the early goals and got their tails up.

10 of Port's 14 goals so far have come from our turnovers .

absolutely right but the club wont do anything because they won 9 in a row. this group of players wont win a flag. 7th/8th position is there maximum. that's it. we are no where near a premiership ... no where near it.
