Would prefer him to Robinson, not that much between them though. Both are courageous, can stick a tackle, can tag and are capable of hurting you the other way. Robinson is bigger, has more mongrel and less injury concerns, is more of a goal kicker(58 from 100 games v Hunt 19 from 63) and is a better mark - is a team -lifting, barometer type player who flies the flag like King. Hunt however is a year younger, quicker (though Robinson's not slow either), a better decision maker and even if he doesn't always execute them well, has slightly better skills overall ( though neither are all that great it has to be said and just as many would probably argue Robinson has the better disposal), is more disciplined on & off-field, can also play as a small defender and comes from a more successful environment.

Both would be an upgrade on Grigg and Thomarse or at the very least would put more pressure on their spots than Helbig ever did.

considering the poor picks we have especially late in the draft, I think we should just pick him up straight away and place him on the senior list. we aren't going to find anyone as good as him at pick 80 anyway.

We could do both if we go with a 39/5 split - but yeah, I'm not exactly backing in FJ to deliver with pick 70 - but then again, given his track record, I'm not all that confident he'll manage it with 33 or 52 either.

It's not just FJ this year Dio. Luke Williams has had a big say this year and I know that for a fact!

Well he can't be any worse but does he have the final say?

So has Blair. As always Blair has and will have a massive say in everything  ;D

Blair only has a say in the recycled players, not the juniors. For latter picks and rookies he has a say if FJ and Williams don't think the juniors can offer as much as the recycled players.

You reckon?  ;)

Blair has a lot more say on things other than recycled players... This I know ..dare I say it as fact  ;D

BTW last time I checked Taylor Hunt would classify as a recycled player  ;D
