The problem with Hunt is that his disposal is not flash and that places enormous pressure on those around him.

Job description includes not turning the ball over in dangerous positions.

Think you missed the part where he said when anyone goes near him.

At least when Grigg gets a run with role he still gets the ball a bit

Its not about stats so the know it all keep saying, he did his job, that's all that is required!!!

Grigg is not playing a tagging role, FFS, blind Freddy can see that.

Mate, if you are honestly saying Grigg doesn't get run with roles (particularly last year) then you've lost the plot. Although I do like any move that stops Hunt from touching the ball

Both doing their job, Hunt is an all out tagger, that's his role, yes Grigg does have "run with roles" but he is not a dedicated tagger, he plays more wing and even center than he does playing run with roles. Both did their job and that's it.

If it's good enough for Hunt it's good enough for Batchelor

This is not the Batchelor or Morris thread.

However it does not detract from the point that Hunt's skill level is not good.

Or that Batch and Morris is equal but apparently that doesn't matter. They just need to do their jobs..

Comparisons with other players does not diminish the lack of Hunt's skills.

Just put us all out of our misery and get rid of this VFL standard guy.
Geelong knew he had no upside and in today's footy a player needs to be able to contribute offensively but just as importantly, do it well.
There is no room for this type anymore.

Going ok is the player with 2 surnames
Was good again today
Great goal
His run and carry is good
At least he has a dip and you know what you get
Unlike some other imposters 🐯🐯🐯
