He was ordinary at best, let's be honest.

And for god sake if you can't kick the footy over 45m DON'T hold the play up, go back and then send a fizzer to a pack of 25. Get it in quick birdbrain
Considering he had two screws drilled into his bone not that long ago, he played bloody well.
You seem like a bitter man at the moment, Brandon.
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

his arc to arc running was down but I thought he was very serviceable. Was a good link up player in our scoring chains

I didn't say he was ordinary for a bloke who had a sore foot. I said he was ordinary, which he was. Injured for 2 weeks or not

I know what you're saying and it's not relevant to what I said in the first place  :shh
If you want, I'll concede that 25 touches after injury isn't a bad effort.  :shh :shh

Lambert played well IMO.

It was a tough tight game and yes he got caught a couple of times but so did Dusty and Cotch.

Not sure why people don’t see this guy for the champ he is.

He has had an incredible year and was named in the 40 man AA squad which surely proves he is a star of the game.

“We felt like it was a Richmond style game,” Lambert told SEN.

“We thought we kept the ball in our front half pretty well and were able to apply a lot of pressure and deny the uncontested marks.

“I’m not too sure on the statistics but it felt like a Richmond style game out there.”

Lambert, who was playing his first game since Round 21 after nursing an ankle injury, says his recovery over the next fortnight won’t be an issue leading into the Preliminary Final.

“I’m a bit sore generally in my body but the ankle’s good, so no complaints from my end,” he said.

“It’s going to be plenty of icing and plenty of time on the physio table. I’m happy and content with where it is at

“I think I’ll spend half my wage on ice, I’ll be going down the servo and getting bags of ice.

“We have a fantastic medical staff, I put my trust in them, did everything they told me, and I’m feeling good.”

You know who else has made an AA squad of 40?

Brandon Ellis. Your thoughts on him again big t?
