Your favourite highlight of 2005
« on: August 31, 2005, 05:55:06 PM »
This is the poll of the RFC site - What was your Tiger highlight of the season?

As my Dad barracks for Port pumping them after 7 years was my fav :thumbsup. I would've had pumping the Blues by 85 points as second (how did we lose to them second time around  :help).

Pumping Carlton was awesome, but the fact that we lost to them the second time round makes it almost too embarassing to mention.

For the first time since all these interstate teams came into the competition I've seen all 22 H&A games this year  :bow :cheers :thumbsup

So for me it was:

1/ The Brisbane game at the Gabba - there weren't many of us (though more than at Geelong last week - but that's another story) but the noise from the Tiger army was amazing. Special night, special win

2/ The win against Port

3/ The first game against the Doggies - thought we were gone but we came back

4/ The first game against Carlton - only because it was our game plan at its best

I would have to say the Hawthorn game, there is nothing more exciting than coming from behind to win a game.

Although it wasnt great footy, i was on the edge of my seat.

The Brisbane, Carlton and Port games also rate highly.

Browny's 5 in the last qtr was great also. Seems so long ago though i had fogotten about it

Hmmm - hard to choose.  Meeting Moi, getting stuck in a doorway with Richo (such a hassle) or having my pic taken with Simmo.  Decisions, decisions. :-\
