Without knowing details and really not trying to defend Dan Richardson, but the guy is not a trained psychiatrist. It's hard to be critical of him without knowing exactly what he did to make Reece's situation worse.
Nothing was stopping Reece getting professional help while he was at Richmond. I assume his family would have been supporting him. Did they ask the club for help? The club gave him time off to sort himself out too but this isn't mentioned by Reece.
I think as much as many here think Dan is incompetent, on this issue, we need far more evidence in front of us before wean hang him.......
