Well the delisted market is opening up.  Blair is booting up his laptop and opening up his Potential Delisted FA.xls spreadsheet.
Does anyone have half an idea on anything?

We'll have no choice as Dan the Man will have re-signed all our trade bait by the time trade week rolls around....mostly to multiple year deals so as to count us out of next year's trade week as well.....

.....I'm sure our next coach will thank him for the list he inherits.....

you actually do believe that dan makes these decisions, dont you?

No him & Hartley do..... but hey, if you think our "General Manager of Football" has little or no say in these decisons, well good luck to you then....

very little say. that is down to list manager and coach. they tell him what they want and he negotiates it.

Blair is the man worthy of all the list management decisions, along with coach. if you think otherwise, well........

It's a team effort if you want to argue semantics and score points but if you think the bloke who runs the entire football department simply just rubber stamps whatever his list manager & coach decide ...well ok then....

who is our list manager incidentally? Do we even have one that focuses exclusively on that?

Is he actually list manager or opposition player analyst or some BS title? As I understand it, we dont actually have a dedicated list manager in the pelchen mode - might be wrong though

His current official title is "General Manager of Player Personnel & List Management"

IIRC, when he started here his primary role was to identify talent from opposition clubs.

Harfwit has the most say on players IMO.

The club is going down the 5hitta due to his stupidity and stubbornness.

The other 2 in charge are "yes"men just like the rest of Harwits coaching panel.

I'm afraid we will all have to go through a lot more hurt before anything is done about it.

Unfortunately i agree with us having to put up with it for a little while longer.
As long as we all have each other to sook about it then all goid.

If Richardson & Hartley are just "yes men" to Halfstep then neither of them are doing their job properly and are every bit as much to blame.
