Still Conca and Lennon to cash in currency. Awful and idiotic by us to make it public that Conca isn't required. We hold no cards now and wouldn't get a high 3rd rounder if we tried unless we get lucky.

Lennon has currency. Think we should be able to command a high draft pick. GC have a heap and want players. Imagine Edwards, Ellis and Lennon off to GC for Prestia and a top 20 pick.

I'd also look at trading Grimes / Astbury to see what type of deals would be interesting. Same as Griffiths. Must be active.

Houli and Grigg shopped to a top 4 club could generate a decent 2nd round pick.
when did this happen?

Don't think it ever happened, media? i believe he wants a fresh start and we are happy to make that happen.

According to Damian Barretton the Footy Show tonight, Collingwood have approached Nick Dal Santo. Barrett also said another [not named] club is interested too. Twitter AFL whispers says it's Melbourne.

Carlton defender Zach Tuohy is the latest player to gain interest from North Melbourne, according to Fox Footy.

Jayden Laverde wants to stay at Essendon but Saints offering much more money.

St Kilda have gone cold on Jaeger O'Meara after "inconclusive" medical. More definitive at North: "his body's just not up to it". Mark Stevens on Ch 7 said that Carlton have ruled out O'Meara too, though my source is playing coy. Essendon bound?

Is there anyone St.Kilda hasn't been linked to yet?

Marchbank talking to 4 Melbourne clubs...we're not one of them... club obviously thinks our KPD stocks are right with just Rance backed up by two injury-prone players, a couple of raw kids from the rookie list and Todd Elton.... :gotigers

Hartung & Honeychurch latest names thrown up in the internet rumour mill re:Richmond

Not sure what pressing needs either would fill bar our apparently insatiable appetite for lightly framed sub-six footers....

Hartung is quick, big tank and generally a good user. Looks handy at the Hawks because they can get the footy in his hands. Probably the ideal outside player but not sure he's the kind you'd waste anything in trading for, more the kind you draft yourself to have an impact straight away.

If the Hawks bring in Vickery and Mitchell or Omeara then they will need to let go players to fit them in. Straight swap for Hartung.  Get Maybe as a FA.  Add Prestia and trade conca, Lennon and Edwards for draft picks.  Done.

Tell you what, if those midgets can chase, tackle & harass like Footscray's did tonight, I'd be more than happy to pick them up...

If the current list management team stick around for much longer the club will soon be as dead as Prince...
