 :whistle  :shh

If a player left every time that happened, the entire competition would be trading clubs every year. Hang on, that mightn't be such a bad thing for us..,,
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

1/3 #whispers that meetings between GWS + ESS have netted interesting results. On the topic of the #1 pick, GWS have offered...

2/3 Several deals to ESS, including a deal for Patton. While it's no shock ESS/Dodoro rejected that offer, another trade is on the table...

3/3 during their discussion, ESS revealed they had interest in young gun Josh Kelly, with GWS open to a negotiation.

Wonder if GWS would entertain a deal for Patton. That I'd use pick 6 for

Why don't we try pick 6 plus BEllois and Lennon for Prestia and pick 8?

i think you blokes are a bit harsh on our recruiters. The newly promoted Clarke, has only been in the position for 2 months after all. I doubt he had much say in any of the previous recruits of the last 6 years. :thumbsup

I was told Clarke and Williams had far more say in our last two drafts....

Jordan Lewis rejects trade to Gold Coast, set to be a Demon. The Demons may only be prepared to offer pick No.66 or even No.84 for Lewis.

The Hawks offered Hartung, 21 and Whitecross, 26, to the Lions in exchange for pick No. 21. Hawthorn hope to swap picks No. 21 and No. 10 to the Suns for O’Meara.

Carlton have insisted they will not budge on Gibbs' move to Adelaide unless the Crows improve their offer of a first round pick and a player. Rory Atkins was the latest player suggested in a trade along with pick 13 but Carlton have rejected this. The Blues want pick 13 and a player such as Charlie Cameron, Mitch McGovern or possibly Brad Crouch, given that Gibbs is contracted for three more years at the club.

The Western Bulldogs will deal with Fremantle on Joel Hamling and with St Kilda on Koby Stevens. Carlton and North Melbourne are both in the hunt for the Dogs' Nathan Hrovat.

Former top 10 pick is set to leave the GWS Giants for North Melbourne.

Despite requesting a trade home to WA, Marcus Adams is set to remain at the Western Bulldogs in 2017.

Steven Motlop is set to remain at Geelong in 2017.

Rumours going around that Rockliff might also end up at Melbourne.

Collingwood’s backline stocks have taken another hit with 2010 premiership defender Nathan Brown walking out on the club. Brown has agreed to join St Kilda as a free agent, with the Magpies confirming they would not match the Saints’ offer.

Give them Batch, from memory they were keen on him in his draft year
And you may not think I care for you
