The lack of movement on our part for a kpd indicates they think we have a good back 6. I don't see it myself wot with Astbury only so so.  Batchelor dropped. Grimes injury prone. Yarran a maybe. Elton 4 games markov 8. Short 16 games McKintosh  coming back from injury.  We could have a debacle of a backline were some combination of rance vlastuin or Houli to go down. It would be lead by Taylor Hunt omg.

Seems we are recycling our own duds this year.
Does anyone have half an idea on anything?

Doesn't sound like it will be at TigerLand. I would have thought it prudent but maybe they rate Elton highly they just don't want to play him and they think Yarran is a definite.

Elton's a funny one, honestly can't see why he's still on the list except for a lack of depth but then there are plenty of options that offer more than he has. As you said, they must rate him to at least develop into something decent. Didn't hate his game against St Kilda (albeit I lost a lot of interest by that point in the season) not that he did much and that dropped mark was embarrassing. But then he stunk the joint against Sydney and got a blast on field from Cotch for a soft effort but then again everyone deserved a blast that game.
