when you really think about it.

If he hasn't declared his hand by the date the best manager in the business has just suggested, then i would say his gone IMO.

For a player to head into a finals series and not have this sorted means only one thing. We will know either way by this date.

For mine its a hold out for best cash option, with a strong preference to stay. I think he will.

If you were him you wouldnt sign now til after the brownlow.

Still a couple of chapters to go.

you would think a brownlow would make no difference on the timing of his decision, as there would be an incentive clause placed on his contract should he win.

There's talk that Nought are now focusing all their energy on martin and not kelly.

if i had to move to a club like north well 200k p/y wouldnt cut it, as he would make it back with sponsorship deals and lets face it they are a basket case who will play a lot of games in tassy.

One part of me is wary that merkin was down at tassie - to me its as though hes scoping out the facilities and gameday experience to report back to martin which sends off some alarm bells - BUT i just cant see him moving to Nort, surely not

If dusty were to leave I think he would move interstate. Doesn't like all the media associated with football in Melbourne as we know.

A recently annointed brownlow medalist will negotiate a better contract

I'd be stuffed if Dusty hasn't already made up his mind.

Caller into Sen saying Carr was spotted walking into Waverly park this morning.

Only problem with that so called fact was he said he was a tall bloke, and Carr looks like a midget

Does anyone know how we force a club to trade? Is it only when we match the offer?

Yep, match the offer and force the trade - i think with Danger, adelaide and geelong there was goodwill involved that theyd get it done that way beforehand - basically adelaide said we respect you want to go back home but we feel we deserve more than the compensation we will receive so we're going to force a trade - we wont be unreasonable, just want more than we'll get. Danger accepted that and so did Geelong

 :thumbsup thanks boys.

then you can safely say he wont be getting to a club like hawthorn, pies or geelong, with the former selling the farm to get that o'meara and as a result have no picks to give.

Ever notice that the rumors on Dustys alleged destination club starts the week we play that same team?
