Richmond Head of Women's Football Kate Sheahan said it was a well deserved honour for the trio.
"It's amazing to see the hard work paying off for all three players. To have representation across all three lines is incredible for our program, and we know all three will enjoy each other's success as much as their own," she said.
"The consistency and growth that Mon has shown is unbelievable. Her CV speaks for herself and a is a testament to the work she's put into her game.
"This was evident in her ability to go forward and kick eight goals this season and really impact the team on the scoreboard, but the element of her game that we love is her defensive mindset, her tackling and her never give up attitude.
"For Eilish to come in for her first season and have such an impact and hit the ground running from her very first game, really showed the competition what she was made of.
"And it's a true story of persistence and resilience for Court, who basically spent her entire career battling injuries and distance. The way she held up as our key forward this year, it's a really nice way to send off for her."
The 2022 Season Seven AFLW All-Australian selection panel is Nicole Livingstone (Chairperson), Sarah Black, Sam Virgo, Andrew Dillon, Laura Kane, Kelli Underwood, Megan Waters, Narelle Smith and Tim Harrington.
