Richmond captain Trent Cotchin spoke to 3AW in the rooms.

He said the Tigers “let one slip”.

“Any loss is a tough one, especially when you’re dominating the game,” Cotchin said.

“We’ll be better for it.”

Absolute crap Cotch

We're not better for it or from it.

We embarrassed ourselves again

Stupid comment from the skipper
At least no one said " Sydney are a good side".......hang on.

I thought Astbury was very good again today.
We may need to think about playing him at CHF as Jack needs some help.
Rance, Grimes and McIntosh as our 3 talls down back and see how that goes??

It is tempting, but I'd rather let Astbury settle into that defensive role, even if it costs us short term.

He is starting to show why they gave him No.12. I don't want to tempt fate.

I'm thinking along the lines of if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I'd hate to see him go forward and lose that defensive form.

Thought Astbury was outstanding so I'd leave him down bakc

Why not try McIntosh at CHF

Weak as pee. stuffen chocked again!! Yes I stuffen looking at you Grigg, Lloyd, Houli and u other stuffen panic merchants
Their turnovers were really costly.

Lloyd with 23 secs to go in the first half kicks into the corridor.
Houli straight pass to Buddy.
Grigg across the face of goal.
Then all the useless handballs by the most of our midfield that missed the target gifted the Swans the rest of their goals.
You forgot Lloyds handball that missed his target by 10 metres and cost us a goal early in the 3rd.

Otherwise carry on

Yep i would try it and have said it for weeks. We desperately need other marking options. Lennon ? He can take a mark and hits packs. We might need to elevate Chol... not ready but he can ruck assist, contest, run and mark. The small forwards have been good but time for a slight change me thinks.

Spent all our tickets in the first half. Sydney was Ali to our George Foreman. We still carry too many dumb panic merchants & poorly skilled players. Halfstep Halftime Hardwick needs to finally realise that his old favourites Grigg, Houli, Edwards and a few others aren't going to take us further and have been common denominators in these kind of defeats for years now.

Lloyd is just a liabilty now - surely Lennon couldn't do any worse.

Tackling numbers might've improved but tackling technique is still absymal, never seem to stop the handball and we still miss too many tackles.

Players need to stop keeping the ball alive at all costs in the clinches and start playing the percentages and kill the ball, unless they have a clear option.

Rioli needs to seperate himself from his opponents and encourage the kick over the top - teammates should kick it ahead of the contest regardless to encourage him to turn his opponent and use his pace.

Set shot goal kicking is a disgrace. Nankervis & Castagna worst offenders - the latter a serial offender.

Halfstep is still a stunned mullet in the box. Worst matchday coach in the AFL.

Short is a completely useless defender, and whilst he can be handy on the rebound he's not on Yarran's level to compensate. Might be time to put him forward again and stick one of the indigineous kids back there.

Butler's lack of awareness is becoming a concern - and why does he constantly hesitatate with his kicks anyway?

..and there's at least dozen other things but I can't arsed right now.....

Yep - any half decent tall defender would take him to the cleaners....

....though he'd probably still be an upgrade on Elton & Griffiths....

Anyone that can stay out there more than 5 minutes is already doing better than Biff.
Elton just isn't any good full stop... I was going to say he tries hard at least but I think "tried hard" past tense is more appropriate. Bloody useless in his last few games at senior level.
F them both off.
Play Astbury forward and McIntosh in defence.

I don't think it's fatigue, we panic when we get 5 goals ahead of teams (for some reason  :huh)

We play the opposite of our style of play once we get a decent break and when behind, we do the inverse (Melb, Collingwood, Eagles).

It's purely a mental thing.
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Took sydney at qt at $4.60
Betting live against these amateurs is the easiest money you will make and I strongly advise you all to do the same until dudwick is no longer there

What you witnessed yesterday is the same as what you will see in September. Under dimwit this team is as soft as you will find

all correct, i highlighted the bit that does my head in the most (after our continual set shot misses). When will these morons learn to kill the ball and force a ballup?
