Geelong is stuffed.

Ablett + Taylor finished, Selwood, Hawkins and Danger not far behind. Stevens probably beyond his prime and a little washed up.

This is a team that is desperately trying to win a flag before the inevitable rebuild, but IMO they just don't quite have the talent. I'm enjoying watching them scramble to get over the line though as it's only going to hurt them for the next decade :)
I agree Andy.
I think they might drop down next year to 7 or 8th.
Giving Taylor another year is sad IMO.
HE IS FINISHED.

What is is the saddest bit re Taylor is he thinks he can go again. He showed this season (not just against us) that the game has passed him.

I’ve always liked Harry Taylor in his prime. He’s a victim of idiotic coaching moves like “play him forward” where he looks as awkward as me at my old year 12 formal.

He’s truly past his prime and it’s sad in a funny way seeing him get belted in the contests. Kinda like how Travis cloke stayed in the league too long

Imagine if they had to play the last 7 games away from Melbourne ? Wouldn't even made the 8. #AFLEQUALITY

Richmond have played 13 games at the G this year and only 5 interstate. THE HOME GROUND ADVANTAGE SHOWS AND YET THE UMPIRES ARE STILL BACKING THEM #DOUBLEADVANTAGE #AFLGF

Yes! Why is this not talked about? @Richmond_FC have 11 games IN A ROW at the MCG - their home ground. Is this not a national competition? Are teams not expected to travel? Imagine if the @WestCoastEagles had 11 games IN A ROW at Optus. #FFS #WTF #rigged #Vicbias

Too bad we didn't play 11 games in a row at the MCG and we won games in Perth, Adelaide, Gold Coast & Brisbane in a final  :wallywink.

Gil VFL Coward McLachlan should help RICHmond out by letting poor RICHmond get the Captain and best player off the team that’s coming last and trying to build from scratch and make sure they don’t give up something for him too. It’s what RICHmond are ENTITLED to.

Could tell you some stories about Ricky but I couldn’t be bothered
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Three weeks after the Grand Final and trade period just completed yet Kane Cornes is still sooking about us and our "disgraceful" fixture this year :nopity. Today he even added we should have been made to play West Coast and Brisbane at Marvel :facepalm. Yeah Kane, good luck fitting the 70k crowd that turned up to the Brisbane game at Docklands :stupid  :rollin.
