Probably get down voted here, but Richmond is looking shaky past 2021. Other than Martin the rest of the "stars" are 30+ and starting to struggle with form and/or injuries (Cotchin hamstrings, Houli calves, Reiwoldt form and knees)

Yeah I'll pay that. Please get s*** soon though, I miss it

Pretty sure brisbane figured them out in that qualifier

ANOTHER @Richmond_FCoff-field indiscretion. Wake up @afl, this is now beyond a joke.

Time to hold @brendongale25 to account and see that action is taken to correct the disgusting culture that has set in during his tenure.

To be fair, we all laughed at Richmond when they suggested that was an aim a few years back yet here we are. If a team like Richmond can do it, surely a bigger club like Carlton can.

On SEN today.

Cats caller: "I'd rather follow a club that won 70% of its games and didn't win a premiership [over the past decade] than a club that only won 50% of the time and pinched a premiership".

Cats fan's txt: "Geelong was the best team last year. Richmond was only the best in the second half of the Grand Final".

Another caller: "I see the problem with Geelong is they are team with too many gun players. You look at Richmond and they have role players.".

Russell: "Geelong was beaten by some Dustin Martin magic."

Tigers fan's txt: "Dwayne, Geelong was beaten by the whole Richmond team not just Dusty".

Russell (30 mins later): "Geelong got close last year until some freakish magic from Dusty".

Russell to Cam Guthrie: "I'd expect you'd be expecting to improve on last year which would mean winning the flag."

Super teams like the Hawthorn of the ’80s, North Melbourne and West Coast, Brisbane in the early 2000s, Geelong and even Hawthorn from 2011-2015 were outstanding.

With no disrespect to Richmond, their successful period has been more of a testament to the system and style first, talent second. Not that there’s no talent there, but does anyone really think they’d stand up to those super teams?

People acting like the Brisbane team from 3 peat was 22x AA players. They had role players too! Namely the Scott brothers.

Still the most talented side I’ve ever seen assembled. Although as an expansion team they had draft and salary cap enhancements that helped them with that.

The hawks three peat team is the one I don’t buy into. That team was no more talented their our own and they won their 3peat while the league was expanding and all the top draft picks were going to the suns and giants. So essentially the top teams stayed top while the bottom teams took longer to rebuild with all the top talent going to the expansion teams.

Has anyone read the Saints nuffies page on facebook? I think it's called Trade Rumours, News etc.

He did Richmonds rankings, gave Dusty a 9.5, Dion a 10 and Rioli a -1, then he has ranked the Saints and 50% got 10's  :snidegrin Membrey, Crouch, Butler, Marshall, Ryder, Gresham, Billings... the list goes on  :snidegrin
And you may not think I care for you

Your richmond team still doesnt touch the North team of the 90’s. Your three flags were handouts from the AFL and flukes.
Geelong away at home
Short season asterisks flag 2020
And lucked out against GWS as geelong played a home final at the G against collingwood.
