Despite being a Scumbagger C4[2]Yo`DooR on BF is probably the only poster I'd take seriously for inside info because he's usually on the money and he says pick 3 to Carlton is a done deal with possibly a third party involved.... :shh

WCE trading 3 to the blues for 12 and 14 and then giving one of those to us (likely 14) for baker, is what’s being reported. Owies and other late pick swaps likely involved.

So we’re getting that early-mid teen pick for Baker as we expected. Doesn’t sound like a great deal for West Coast if I’m being honest lol

Expecting this to be made official on Tuesday, with Carlton set to land pick No.3, the Eagles to split their pick and on trade 14 to Richmond for Baker. Other parts, such as Matt Owies and more picks, expected to be involved.

West Coast has knocked back Carlton’s offer of picks 12 and 14 for Pick 3, according to Perth journalist Ryan Daniels.

Well one of them is going to be wrong.

Worst trade I think I have ever seen in my life

Blues have absolutely cleaned up here.

Yeah, great deal for Carltoon, great deal for us with Baker (he's not worth Pick 14!) and a poo deal for WCE....

12 and 14 for 3 . No way no I'm offering pick 6 to the roos for 2. 10 and 14 and I'm still hesitant.

Reportedly gone to WCE for #14, which they got from Carlton

IMO this is a good outcome for us.

We should deal with eagles for pick 10 that we get from freo as pay back for being flogs.

Eagles get 10. B Allan
Freo get 11
We get 12 and a sweetener for this draft or next years  from eagles.  :shh

I suspect freo wont cough up pick 11 now.

I'd still be pushing for 10 + 11 but TBH if it's 10 + 18 with no wages paid that's probably OK.

I hear GCS is agreeing to 6 + 23 for Rioli lol.

So going in with 1, 6, 10, 14, 18, 20, 23, 24 is still amazing.

We wouldn’t we ask for 6 and 13 giving Rioli 24, 51, 61 and 70. That, coupled with them holding on to 23 gives them the points for academy pick and effectively gets us from 23 to 13 which I think could be the difference between getting a Murphy Reid or a Josh Smillie or even potentially a Sid Draper.

If Norf split pick two we'll need the capital to be all over it.....club wants both FOS & Lalor and that's the only way we'll get both...neither will still be there at six...... :shh

To my eye, we’re giving up 3 picks in the draft for Baker.
Didn’t freo offer 10,11 and 18 for Bakes and Bolton after previously offering 10,18 for Bolton.
Why would we do that?
