Played like millionaires....thought they were broken & we just had to turn up (wouldn't be surprised if the hole "camp" controversy was just a ruse)....really should've rolled them easily after Crouch went down and then Talia as well not to mention Sloane on one leg ...too many missed tackles and failing to stop the handball (as with Carlton last week) ...forward pressurre disappeared.....no-one picking up their runners........decision making & execution going into the forward 50 was atrocious...way to much "cute" crap...just a lazy lairising effort all round...

Conca's a liabilty.....the Ellis sisters were useless again....Lambert's cheating would've made Dane Swan proud...

Another match that underlined just how much we miss Rioli....and Prestia for that matter.....probably Broad too...

Got killed in the air again....bring in Moore....

Oh & great move taking Martin off just as he starts tearing the game apart....

Umpire didn't help paying tiggy holding frees against us very two minutes and completely ignoring theirs...

Also never seen the bounce of the ball favour a side  as much as it did Adelaide tonight...

Of course neither of those things were why we lost...Adelaide were just far more motivated...just hope we don't have to play them in the GF over there this time....oh no wait...we won't..... :shh :gotigers

We got beaten by 10 goals at Adelaide oval last year. I'm not too concerned. Some big ins still to come in Prestia Rioli vlastuin.
Conca and c Ellis were putrid, not much from Bolton and castagna either. Particularly c Ellis, so many moments where he had to go and just didn't effect the contest.

This game was massive for Adelaide, another game for us.

Losing sucks. One team had demons to slay, for the other it was round 2.

The Crows had 12 players with 20 or more disposals, while Martin was the only one for the Tigers.

A lot of players down. No need to panic - need Prestia & Vlastuin back though. Maybe Miles to add some inside grunt. McIntosh might need a rest in the VFL.

2 weeks in a row we've been out hunted when the hard ball is there to be won. We also have struggled to close down opposition space when they have possession

I can't remember which replay it was for, might have been Hawks v Swans, and Cam Mooney was asked on 360 if the players look forward to the replays as much as the fans. He said for the loser they would look for it the moment the draw is released. For the winner it's just another round. I kind of felt that way myself. If you take how rapt we were last year, they would have been equally burning. That's huge motivation. For us it's round 2 and going through the motions. We better fix it up though and not let any wins slip away. Doesn't matter how we get the points the first half of the year, as long as we're in touch for the second half when the genuine contenders start turning it on.

Ball use was awful, mistake after mistake, fumbles and dropped marks a plenty, pretty much why we lost   :banghead
The third quarter, the premiership quarter, it's Dusty time. He starts to shine and then delivers in the most AWESOME fashion.

Might be rd 2 to early but where not playing like we did early rounds last season quick ball movement, working for each other pressure and tackling smart decisions and excellent skills.

its only early days and im not really fussed.

I noticed the lack of pressure last week and its continued on this week. Missed tackles, 1 handed grabs at a mark, terrible decision making etc

I get the feeling its because we are seeing duds like conca and c ellis out there.

Once those 2 remove themselves from the best 22 we may start to see 2017 form.

Exceptionally disappointing night.

We looked slow and we were bullied and some of our blokes dont like getting roughed up

BEllis was terrible again. Bad BEllis is back with a vengeance

CEllis is just such a disappointment o  so many levels

Conca... thank goodness Vlastuin is back next week

Bolton back to the VFL. Who cares if you've put off contract talks..you price goes down weekly with "efforts" like that

Catagna did he play? :o

Reiwoldt & Cotchin both poor games. Rance improved in the 2nd half

We had so many poor players tonight thats the disappointing thing

Thought Grimes & Short were terrific

Leaders had a shocker.

Cotchin was fearless but didn’t get it enough.
Riewoldt was terrible.
Rance was terrible but good second half and the best of the leaders.

Grigg was MIA.
Edwards was fumbly.
Houli was rusty.

Can’t see them having two games like this I’d expect them to bounce back next week.
The club that keeps giving.
