Rance was huge this year.
Some have short memories.

A disappointing prelim maybe but an outstanding year.

I guess if some think Rance was below average, Dusty must have been too.

We lost 4 games this year before the finals, if it wasn’t Rance and Dusty carrying us I would like to know who it was that stepped up from last year to take the slack??

Currently a member of the Roupies, and employed by the great man Roup.

Yep, perfect.

Astbury’s sickness totally stuffed our match ups for the night which is why Degoey and Cox got off the leash at times.

Barrett in his 'Sliding Doors' column:

Richmond

IF ... there's one thing we can't work out right now ...

THEN ... it is this: was Richmond's bad loss in the prelim final A) reflective of their 2018 standing? or B) simply a really bad night at the office? Leaning slightly towards 'A'. But Lynch coming in fixes that for 2019.

yup because finishing 2 games clear on top and blitzing through the qualifying final before losing the prelim reflects more on the season rather that 1 game...........

The guy’s a lolnorf muppet. Why is Tom Browne telling us that Gaff is staying?  Purple won’t comment on Lolnorfs inability to land anyone of genuine quality to their club. The one guy they have landed wanted to stay at Port but Hinkley conceded the money was too good to retain him. Says a lot about Polec but speaks volumes about lolnorfs reputation as a destination club
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Steele Sidebottom at Collingwood's B&F:

“I don’t know where I heard it, maybe Eddie spoke about the Tigers calling themelves an army, but I think we’re the only army out there.”

Chokers.  I will always cherish the moment that player burst into tears as he got tackled in front of the Weagles goals just before the siren. BAHAHAHAHAHAHA
