You won’t WP, but still be loads of fun. Aussies will chase 100 tops.

Yeah I know

But the ticket cost me $500. It includes all food and drink but would like a full day's play.  ;D

Quote from: Adam White
Australia will probably beat England easily at the MCG. But if Australia wants to win really, really easily, selectors should play Scott Boland. He’s been close to unplayable since Matt Page added more life to the MCG pitch. If it’s horses for courses, Boland should be odds-on.

Great by Boland.

Dismal by England. They should forfeit the last two matches and FO home now.

And all the Brits are pleading for good sportsmanship and maturity on social media. Honestly after all the sandpaper jokes we should give them hell. Maybe they'd play better with a bit of spite in them.

Howzat!

A reminder that Scott Boland's grandfather, Brian, played 50 games for Richmond, and was vice-captain of our 1954 Reserves premiership.

Here's hoping Scott had a chat to Paul Reiffel, who was umpiring this Test - for his father Ron played with Brian Boland in 1951 and 1952 RFC games.

Travis Head is out of the 4th Test with covid.

Peter Lalor reported for The Australian on Friday morning that a player in the camp had returned a positive PCR test. Lalor then tweeted that reserve batsman Usman Khawaja is set to play in the fourth Test.

The remainder of the Australian squad, their families and the support staff have undergone PCR and RAT tests this morning. Both the Australian and England squads are expected to separately travel to Sydney as planned today.

As a precautionary measure Mitchell Marsh, Nic Maddinson and Josh Inglis have joined the Australian squad as additional cover.

Pat Cummins has confirmed Usman Khawaja will play at the SCG and his inclusion is the sole change for the Australian XI in the fourth Test.

Khawaja will replace Travis Head, who returned a positive test to COVID-19 late last week.
