Higgins and Broad will be the ones traded.  Markov will stay and take over from Houli next year and Broad is surplus to requirements with Balta, Grimes and Astbury likely to be playing back.

Higgins doesn't have the pace or skill to fit in with our game plan as a small forward.

Sam Edmund on SEN just said it's true that Richmond are interested in Hogan. He is still only around 25 and would be a replacement for Riewoldt who only has 1-2 years left.

As in a bad replacement

If he is the right price I would take home. Took Rance to town a few times

Matt Rendell on SEN just said Hogan was a key defender in his junior days and that is where he would play him. Team Hogan up with Balta in future years given Grimes and Astbury will be both 30 next year.

Edit: Rendell has now said Hogan to GWS is a fait accompli to replace Jeremy Cameron.

Throw the kitchen sink at him.
Give them our first pick and Higgins (and throw in Houli)

Could we afford him??

Is that west coast?

I believe they are bigger druggies than Essendon, really sus in this area.

Realistically Yeo will not be leaving WCE under any circumstances, however, if there is any semblance of truth to this, I think the club goes ALL IN on him.
He is an out and out GUN of a player and the Eagles were definitely disadvantaged with him being injured in the back half of the season.

The Eagles would demand something completely unrealistic for him, but sometimes you just have to try and make these trades work. Richmond is THE destination club and and would be as big of a recruit to come to the tigers as Tom Lynch.

As unrealistic as this is, geez, the thought of having Yeo in the starting lineup is tantalising.

Yeo is signed until the end of 2023.

WCE do not let prime 27y.o dual AA and dual B&F's midfielders walk out the door without a reason, particularly when the player is from WA.

Txt to Whateley on SEN: Paddy Cripps to Richmond to replace a retiring Cotchin.

Got to love this time of the year ;D
