From Club email:

Prior to your renewal, you would have received your commemorative membership card and 2021 bumper sticker in the mail. If your membership includes an additional fulfilment item (such as your Maurice Rioli Club medallion, AFLW pin or other), this will be sent to you in the next 3-4 weeks. Included in your 2021 membership is a $20 online voucher to be used at the Tigerland Superstore. This voucher can be used to redeem your member cap or scarf, or can be put towards any product online and will be sent to you via email later this month. You can get ready for this by ensuring your membership account is linked to the Tigerland Superstore and instructions for how to do this can be found here [ed. check your email].

Carlton were giving away a free membership if current members renewed.

We're still over 6000 behind the same time last year but on a good note we've bridged the gap by a thousand over the past 10 days. Hopefully a sign a number of people are leaving rejoining to closer to the start of the season when there's more info.

Everyone now trying to do a Benny Gale.

Geelong's president talking about 100k members.

Port Adelaide has unveiled its grand vision for the next five years, headlined by winning three premierships, having over 100,000 members and eliminating $12 million in debt.

I think they will end up with zero premierships, maybe 60,000 members and still $5million debt.

Let's see how this comment ages...

Tigers launch Proud to Be campaign

RFC website
March 1, 2021

Proud to Be Yellow & Black. Proud to Be Back at the ‘G. Proud to Be Home. Proud to Be Richmond.

This is the tagline of the Club’s 2021 membership campaign.

Officially launching today, Proud to Be Richmond is a celebration of the Tiger Army and all that comprise it. It speaks to pride, unity and our collective strength that has been key to our recent success.

Whether it be through our AFL, AFLW, VWFL or community programs, Richmond recognises the many ways the Tiger Army are connected and part of the club’s journey.

“Whether its Tiger fans in Richmond heartland, or those who reside or come from the different corners of the world, we’re proud of the rich diversity of the Club,” Tigers CEO, Brendon Gale said.

“We all connect on different levels, and for different reasons, it’s what makes us a unique football club.

“It’s been an incredible journey and we have so much to be proud of. With less than three weeks until Round 1, we feel so humbled and so grateful to have our members and supporters by our side once again in season 2021.

“We’re proud of our shared culture that makes us all one and hope by launching this campaign everyone can resonate with feeling Proud to Be Richmond.”

For access to General Admission ticketing for Round 1, secure your 2021 membership by 12pm Friday, March 5.
