Not so sure

Yes we had the round 1 home game this season but......

No crowds!

Will this impact?

Wouldn't be surprised if 2020 non crowds means it ends up being our home game in round 1 2021

Will be interesting

Good point Willy P
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

If this is made our home game then we will get to unfurl not one but two flags in front of the Blues  :thumbsup.

Otherwise, it will be round 2 which in recent years has been against the Pies. Either way it's a win-win situation ;D.

Is this the first time a club has unfurled two flags at once?
Yeah we're already going to vote for him mate, you don't need to keep selling it.....

I'm guessing so, 65. 2020 was the first time there were no crowds at all. The footy didn't even stop and still had spectators during both world wars.

Sam Edmund today was talking 50% capacity crowd (50k) for the season opener.

A txt into SEN though was claiming:
11k MCC members
11k AFL members
11k Richmond members
11k Carlton members

Hard to believe given it's meant to be our home game :huh3.

It will be so we get some gate receipts.  Pretty poor that they give Scum supporters access over the home clubs members

Doubling the RFC members in that scenario would be fairer and make it more like a home game.

Just 7 weeks to go from tonight by the way until we unfurl our last two flags :gotiges.
