Dusty + pick 11 for Taranto + Green.

Get it done tigers.

If GWS did that they may as well shut the joint down

Yeah it's probably not enough but not a bad starting point. I kinda want Fogarty and I think that'll take at least pick 19 so the next pick we have is 29 which isn't worth a lot.

Maybe they'll take Soldo in a deal haha

Can anyone explain to me why Fogarty is being thrown around a lot. I've missed something how confident some people seem we are getting him?

*edit* OK I've caught up. Personally would love Fogarty its exactly what we need on our list. I am not convinced we have rated him accorgingly. CCP who wasn't in our best 22 got pick 19. Fogarty was pick 12 and has developed OK and is easily Crows best forward behind Walker who is close to retiring. Crows will want a war chest they absolutely can't afford to lose him whilst rebuilding. He would be integral to their plans. They'd want our first pick without question.

Now's the time to go and get Matt Crouch for a future 3rd rounder before he heads to bombers or saints or anyone else.  He'd be very handy in a good side

He is the Anti Richmond, sideways, backwards, slow, no hurt factor

& that was 2017, add 6 years to that

On Crouch, surely you can teach him to play our way, we dont have many midfield prime movers and we need them.
Angus Brayshaw just signed for 6 years, wow that is a big risk with his history.

But isn't part of the issue with Crouch not getting offered a new contract after 2023 (he's actually contracted for 2023) is that he isn't playing the way they want him to play?

Sorry but IMHO he is not a prime mover. He is an outside mid who rather than kicking long would rather chip it around and rack up possessions.

Few names id go for before considering crouch, but he is most definitely an inside mid not an outside mid. If crows had any sense they would have continued playing him to build up his trade value rather than taking him in and out of the side for inferior players that they have anyway.

Im hoping we keep our picks and just get a free agent. 3 picks should be enough 2 mids 1 key forward from the draft Im happy.

had chances to go for Lipinski and Hewitt which would have cost peanuts, and now we want to go for crouch. LMFAO.

Our recruiting department has been a major reason our team has slid this year. There were players on the table to help our ageing stars for a final crack, and they sat back and did nothing but finger their own butts and bask in the previous glory.

Currently a member of the Roupies, and employed by the great man Roup.

Hewitt is a turnover merchant. You’d be 100% abusing him and the club right now if he was playing for us.
Where have we confirmed our interest in Crouch?
The meeeedya are great and throwing out a line for the angry minority….. :lol
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.
