 Mate Colina    H&S Protocols    Test
 Tom Lynch    Hamstring    Test
 Ben Miller    Groin    Test
 Jack Ross    Knee    Test
 Samson Ryan    Concussion    1 week
 Dustin Martin    Hamstring    3-4 weeks

Updated: July 27, 2022

Early prognosis
There's been a few list changes at Tigerland, with Kane Lambert retiring and Matt Parker returning to Western Australia. Lynch is highly likely to return this week, while Ryan suffered a delayed concussion after his VFL match. Josh Gibcus (shoulder) wasn't declared fit in time for Friday night's draw with Fremantle, but had recovered sufficiently by Saturday afternoon to play VFL.  – Sarah Black

Richmond Injury List:

Probable

Samson Ryan - concussion

Unavailable

Dylan Grimes – hamstring (medium-term)

Dustin Martin – hamstring (medium-term)

---------------------------------

Dylan Grimes - See Grimes thread.

Dustin Martin - See Dusty thread.

Samson Ryan, concussion
"Samson just needs to go through the 12-day concussion protocol so he's through most of that now. He's got to tick off some stuff with the cub doctor and will return to some modified training early this week and full contact training late in the week... I'd expect he'd be playing this weekend."

 Samson Ryan    Concussion    Test
 Dustin Martin    Hamstring    2-4 weeks
 Dylan Grimes    Hamstring    3-4 weeks

Updated: August 2, 2022

Early prognosis
Grimes has suffered a high hamstring strain, in the same area that caused him significant grief around 10 years ago. The Tigers have said he's doubtful to play in the remainder of the home and away season, and there'll be a further update to come in the next few days. Martin has been struggling to increase his speed, and the Tigers have earmarked round 23 as a "hopeful" return date. – Sarah Black

 Shane Edwards    General soreness    Test
 Nick Vlastuin    Ribs    Test
 Thomson Dow    Concussion    1-2 weeks
 Dylan Grimes    Hamstring    2-3 weeks
 Dustin Martin    Hamstring    2-3 weeks

Updated: August 9, 2022

Early prognosis
Vlastuin is listed as a "questionable" chance to play this weekend, and it wouldn't be surprising if the Tigers are cautious with their star interceptor. Edwards should be available for selection after a week off. – Sarah Black

“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Yep did it again 19 days ago and still listed as 2-3 weeks. Should be playing this weekend even restricted minutes to get fitness for finals.
Club's soft tissue management is disgraceful the last two years.

Noone is playing 21 days after redoing a hammy. Even Peter Burge wouldn’t allow that ::)
