Why isn't that grub yellow carded for diving? This is why this game is ridiculed

Stuff me dead. Syria are out of legs, down to 10 and we can’t put the pricks away.

Have to say, its depressing that Cahill has to come and save us every time. Bloke is 37.

And even more depressing is we have absolutely nobody of note coming through.

We should hold on from here but it's been more of the same slow disjointed slop.

It says it all that we rely on a 37 year old to score in general play. We're stuffed when Timmy retires  :help.

So it's now Panama or Honduras. The USA should beat Trinidad to qualify directly. We'll find out 1pm tomorrow.

Diving drives me insane
We did it to get the red, rolling around grabbing his leg that wasn't even contacted

Then they do it flat out to stall

Then the bloke of there's commando rolling 3 times screaming .. as soon as no card jumps up and sprints .. it's embarrassing to soccer

I can understand putting a bit of mayo on it in the box as the reward is huge, but can’t stand it for time wasting. Calling a stretcher for a cramp then coming straight back on should be an immediate yellow.

I've been saying for years that if someone is 'injured' enough to not be able to get up within 30 seconds, then mandatory stretcher is required and said player needs to stay off for 5 mins. This will quickly stop the timewasters and those legitimately injured will be subbed anyhow. Problem solved.

BTW Ange has just announced hes quitting after the final playoff next month even if we qualify for the World Cup

Wtf? Then what’s the point? No chance for a new manager to implement a new system or anything. stuff Ange, should have quit at the group stage if that’s the case.

Serious question as I don't follow soccer at all

But could these results simply be a reflection of where the side is right now = we just aint that good?

Yes, but a lot to do with the manager also. He has had one foot out the door for a while now.

His demeanour is pathetic.

He has lost the plot for a while now IMO, so how can you expect the players to lift if you cant?

Currently a member of the Roupies, and employed by the great man Roup.
