... he says in hindsight

if you had said this before the draft it would have some credibility  ::)
And there was every chance to say something at the time as Westhoff's name was mentioned on OER 2 months before last year's draft.

In any case we picked up Connors at 58 as well as Edwards at 26 who both showed more in their first year than most of their peers selected around their respective picks.

Not having a go at you Bully as you're just passing on your mail but don't all new draftees get a 2-year contract? Even Limbach who didn't get close to playing a game was at Punt Rd for 2 years.

another wasted selection Pick 60 in 2006 national draft.
Pick 63 was Tyson Goldsack.
Pick 71 was Justin Westdoff
82 was Aaron edwards

Carl gone without playing a game ::)

I am not the one being paid to make  incorrect decisions.
Dont ever defend our recruiting as it has been extremely poor and still is
Just jolt the memory , Meyer, JON and Kent Kingsley.
And I will say now, Jordon McMahon isnt worth $175,000 a year let alone $330,000 a year and an extra $20,000 thrown in for top five in B&F ;)

Bluey wasn't defending our recruiting. He's just saying that to claim we should have gone after one of three players 12 months after they were drafted is an easy thing to state now. Edwards had played for the Eagles and kicked 100 goals in the VFL last year. You didn't need to be paid to have seen him play before this year and say we should pick him up late in the draft.

Can someone give me some information on this please?

I am even further confused as Carl went to Brisbane with Terry and Tambo in trade week.

Anyone?

has to be all bs in my opinion

by the way m anyone mention westoff again i will go sick

for starters westoff was older when drafted

if we drafted him, the same ppl praising westoff now would say, why teh f did we get another skinny kid!

and also , good players dont go missing when it counts, westoff didnt even show up on grandfinal day, that was his sister in the port team!

There is a post from a reliable poster on PRE saying Peterson will be delisted. I'm sure you are reliable too Bull and I wasn't saying you were wrong in my other post BTW :shh ( ;D). If this rumour proves true I will be disappointed, since Peterson sounds like an excitement machine and everyone loves an excitement machine.

I don't know anything, I have just read stuff on other sites.

Saved by a weak draft (at this stage) but he has been told where he stands.
Instead of where's Wally maybe there should be a 'where's Carl' publication... true?

Interesting.  But I dont see why.

Carl went to Brisbane to meet Rhan Hooper.  *Tick*

Carl was at the indigenous announcement. *Tick*

Seems like a whole lot of nothing to me if he's doing these type of things for the club and then today Krak goes and he did none of it . . . . .
