Well done to Jack.  I've been very critical of him in the past but he's pulled his head in and let his football do the talking, so I now eat my words. :clapping

Yes I was too. Two years ago I was sure that he was not going to make it and I believe that if he had of continued under Wallace he wouldn't have, we wouldn't have seen what we have seen with him this year. All the stars aligned for him mid season and has shown remarkable improvement just as so many others under the current coaching and development structure. There is one excellent element that nobody saw with Jack Reiwoldt and you can't see it because it isn't a physical attribute and that element is his ability to "think", he has a football brain, he is innovative, knows how to use his body, excellent at ground level, knows were to bring the ball to ground, can himself rove packs and has a magnificent pair of hands.

There's more than a few of us that got it wrong with this kid, but then again it's been decades since we have had anybody in the coaching ranks that had half an idea about developing a player (Northey the exception) I think a few of us just might have forgot that it was possible, well it is.

When does Jack officially receive the Coleman medal? Is it during the All-Australian presentation?

Funny how things change since the start of the season. 99% sure I heard Tim Watson doing the pregame and talking about the two key forwards at the end of each ground and said something like "For StKilda we have Jack... er Nick Riewoldt...."

Yep who would've thought at the start of the season when Richo retired that we'd have a future B&F, All-Australian and Coleman medallist on our list ready to replace him in the space of 6 months.

It doesn't matter as Jack already has won the Coleman but Hall has only kicked 2 tonight and has also been reported so Jack may end up with the most goals this season as well.

I don't really understand why Jack is doing that parody given he's arguably our MVP.
Save the mickey taking for the battlers.

Horrible vid, embarrassing for all players, and the AFL.

Our MVP?
He won our B&F? Lol.

lets all be robots shall we like Nathan Buckley and co.

It was meant as a joke. Whilst not funny who really cares i know i dont.

This game has very few personalities in the game and Jack R is one of those.

Yes I am aware of that believe it or not.

Is he our most valuable though?

More than Lids, Cotchin or Martin?
