They were rusty but a good first up win to the Storm.

I wouldn't mind that new Storm kid at Richmond if he had taken up Aussie rules instead of League. 17 years old, weighs 100 kgs yet is tall, super agile and athletic and ready-made to play against men :o.

Ingliss would have been great too. Imagine him flying down the wing.

Just goes to show there's hidden talent in the northern states if you can get to them young and they head down the Aussie rules path. Just like us getting Rainesy at pick 73 because he came from Qld.

Caught a game in Canberra the other week, this Israel Falou is an unbelieivable quality.
Was taking speccies like an AFL player. No fear. Any chance getting him to switch codes ;D

With the tigs on Friday night - The storm play Sat @ 05:30.
Bit of a long trip to werribe for Coburg so maybe the Port v Box Hill - Mel storm double is on the cards.

Get along and have a look STORM are a good side to watch - you may be surprised. :thumbsup

Top effort by the Storm knocking off the Broncos on their own turf last night. I think that makes it 7 wins in a row  :clapping.

Thanks to a mate winning some free tickets  :bow from his work's social club, I got to see my first live Melbourne Storm match last night. Aussie Rules is No 1. by far but I still had a fun night. Finally seen a team I was barracking for win too :lol. The Storm are scarily good and they were missing 5 of their best players due to Origin duties as well last night.

Wasn't into league before the storm, but it has grown on me and the atmosphere at olympic park and supporting a winning team is fun.

My money is all going on the storm for the flag, went last year and put the cub curse on them.
This year will be a different story  :pray

Went last Monday, we have another Monday night - get along good atmosphere.
Just a heads up if you have the balls you can get in for 4 bucks. :thumbsup

Same here CUB. I use to watch their State of Origin and GFs but never took a real interest in RL. The Storm play a exciting attacking game and are always taking on the opposition. It's just incredible that blokes weighing over 100kgs can be that agile and fast. Some good jolting hits as well last night  :thumbsup.

My mate will try to win some more tickets lol. Yeah it is a good night although we were in the main grandstand undercover and not the poor plebs stuck out in the rain when it suddenly came out of nowhere.

Yep Steph they are an awesome side  :thumbsup.

The NRL still only let interstate sides play finals at home in the first week so the Storm will have to play their prelim in Sydney despite finishing on top of the ladder :thumbsdown.

Great effort by the Storm.  I was watching Channel 7 Brisbane news and they had a live cross-over to their reporter outside Olympic Park and the whole of Brisbane/Gold Coast/Sunshine Coast got to witness this reporter being rugby tackled by some idiotic Broncos supporter and was bashed by a group of them.

No MT home prelim at the Tesltra Dome on Sunday 23 at 04:00 pm will be against winner of eels/dogs.

Clashes with VFL Grand final.

Gunna be a dilema for me if Coburg make the VFL granny  ???

Even tho I think Geelong will get the sweep VFL/AFL double  :banghead
