Very happy with Rance. Better than I expected and looks to be improving every week. He's a good defender and isn't scared to run out of defence.

Agree with the last four comments.. Continue doing what your doing this year.
There's room for improvement in everyones game, but Rance looks like he's continually trying to bridge that gap. Hope his work ethic is rubbing off onto our junior defenders
