Yeah the last month he had gotten really old (not sick per se just really slow in everything) and yesterday he told us he'd had enough and it was time to waddle off back to Ma Powell. :pray

Doesn't make it easier though.

yeah sorry man - I love my animals and know what it feels like. It really hurts to lose your mates, cause that's just what they are.

Sad to hear that WP. I've lost a couple of pets over the years...they are like family members...hurts for a while. Hope your other dog can make the adjustment ok...

Not a big fan of cats and dogs. Reckon they should domesticate Tassie Devils. Would love to have one of those little b@stards tearing around the yard causing all sorts of mayhem.
