I dont understand why we cant trial some new players like Post.

Throw a Cogs in there as well for good measure.

lets see who can play and lets see who cannot.

Yeah.

Schulz isn't doing anything, Hughes is playing Coburg ressies, give Post a go at full forward.

If he doesn't get a touch, then he's done just as much as Schulz has in the last 3 weeks.
And you may not think I care for you

It may be because the RFC has staff watching our draftees day in and day out and they are in a better position to know if a player is ready for AFL level.

But on the other hand what could go wrong if he is given a shot, it is not as if the young player is going to be bagged for being a crap player, it is not as if our recruiters will cop a bagging with comparisons being drawn back to the Fiora drafting, its not as if TW is going to get caned for having an ineffective game plan.

Absolutely nothing to lose it is not as if our supporters are armchair experts ready to drop the boot into the RFC at any provocation is there.

Geez i really believe Schulz was worth something a few years ago, especially with the Crows and Buldogs lacking in size but now you wouldn't be able to get a pick inside 100 for his services.

i doubt there is a guy on our list that has gone backwards more than Schulz.

perhaps because Post isnt ready for AFL footy.

Why throw him to the wolves if he is not ready and then have him face the bagging from his own supporters

Can you and others guarantee that you wont bag him if he either fails to get a touch or every one of his kicks is a turn over or bag the club for another failed draft choice?

Could you?

RICHMOND
Total number of matches missed by listed players in 2009: 16
Average number of listed players missing per round in 2009: 5

In the mix: Changes will occur after three straight losses. Mark Coughlan, who has not played since round 12, 2006, is edging closer to a recall, Jordan McMahon is in line for a berth and ex-Power midfielder Adam Thomson could also be called up. Kayne Pettifer will play for the Coburg seconds this weekend – his first since missing the last six matches of 2008.

most likely cos wallace is looking after his own back, trying to scrape some wins at the expense of development of our kids...it's sad really.
