oh dear, thats why he will be back at the burgers next week.
7 kicks in a game of football hardly warrants getting a game the following week.
of course you unfairly don't mention his 5 handballs, but that wouldn't help your position.
Anyway, using your criteria of  needing 7 kicks to warrant a game next week, then Moore (5k), Morton (5k),Graham (5k), Rance (2k) and Nahas (6k) all won't be selected. :'(

How much game time did JON get?  I think he spent a portion on the bench but could be wrong.

hey Gordon, and thats why the RFC doesnt play finals footy very often.
It continually accepts ordinary efforts.
JON played 71% of the match.
Tell you something as well.
WE MUST KEEP TURNING OVER PLAYERS AND FIND MATCH WINNERS, not duds. His kicking is terrible, will never ever be a match winner
we have one player who can turn a game, he is retiring at years end. :banghead
If anyone can name me another player, go right ahead.

exactly Jack. Unfortunately some the managment at our club think along the same lines of these posters, hence why we have played in 2 finals in nearly 30 years.

JON although was not our worst on the weekend is not up to this level and by playing him is a complete waste of time.

He will not be part of our future. In saying that he would be probabaly be good for the Eagles or Freo.

Its probabaly our development that has stuffed him up. Having no set position wouldn't have helped.

Anyone seen Zac Dawson lately. Playing good footy with the Saints. I bet if he was at Punt Road he would be the same old Zac Dawson

Currently a member of the Roupies, and employed by the great man Roup.

Took some good marks, missed a third of the game and tried hard and as was mentioned wasn't our worst. Made some mistakes (sure)but should get another shot next week. I don't believe the SCG is the best ground for his type of game and if he was a first year player which he effectively is we would be more generous.

Anyway off I go to the Tambling post to give him a good old vent of my spleen (LOL).

bump
greatest waste of space since Richard Lounder.
When he gets possesion, has no idea what to do with it, and his kicking is the worst in the league.
Listening to nathan buckley yesterday, he couldnt beleive how poor his skills were and he said he wasnt up to the standards of AFL.
I cant wait for certain genius posters on here to defend this clown again.
1st round pick in a draft, you must be joking.
His first 6 kicks yesterday , 5 were turnovers
Buckley was giggling  :lol

Well, that will probably be the end for JON now that he is dropped.

Barring sustained excellent form for Coburg we probably wont see him back this year.

Would have to be on the chopping block for sure, dont think anyone would trade for him.

Jack is a very loyal Richmond supporter & hurting just as much as us all
having worked in the AFl ranks for several clubs including Richmond his seen alot more going on than most others & says it as it is
What he has said about Richmond is exactly how they are traveling
He supports the club passionately & wants to see certain changes like us all especialy our onfield skills & better coaching performances
so l will vouch for Jamie that his a genuine Tiger supporter  ;D

Have my doubts, think he will be here next year.
