Ollie Lord just did same thing to Vlastuin but cause he's not a sook and didn't go down like a sack of potatoes wont cop a mention

The VFL had to prove that the previous tribunal had incorrectly ruled on a point of law.  The reality was the appeal was no chance of getting up.   AFL stuffed themselves with their points system.  As soon as the #lolnorf player got up uninjured it was impossible for them to grade it severe.

Early days but 'Spy' says Sonz is impressing at preseason training so far. Touchwood, he finally gets a full preseason under his belt unlike last year when he spent most of it in rehab and as a result had an ordinary year topped off by getting himself suspended that will keep out of the early rounds in 2024.
