Might be 'double insurance' in case a ruckman goes down or Richo doesn't come up.

I dont rate Simmo that much, but really he is our best ruckman at the moment. That says more about our ruck stocks than simmo's footballing abiltity!

Not sure why as his knee is stuffed isn't it ???. They must be thinking when Simmo was injured (2007,9) we were crap but we got pummelled by the Blues in round 1 with Simmo  :P. If he's being kept as only a tall forward option then  :help.

The end for Patto?

I hope they know what they are doing, if they dont trade and delist young players ahead of old players there will be some unhappy people.

Geez the guy turns like a bus is as slow as a sloth and has skills are so deficient. That Hawks game he could not hit a handball target from 5 metres away. Furthermore his kicking for goal is suspect just like many players at RFC.
Simmonds as a forward also begs me to say this he is the type of player in his time at Richmond and Freo where if there was alot hinging on the kick for goal he would miss but if the game was already won or lost straight over the goal umpires hat. For me delist. I find this mind boggling if true.

Agree Tucky. I can only see him kept as back-up at Coburg as surely he wouldn't play next year ahead of Vickery or Gus in the ruck or a Butcher, Post, Jack or Vickery up forward  ???

This is just outrageous!

What type of culture are they trying the build down there?

Old, slow, apathetic club jockeys who are totally undeserving of a place on ANY list in the AFL or a young, vibrant group of players who don't yet know their limits and aren't afraid to fail in their pursuit of peaking at that potential?

FFS!
It's that simple Spud
