Another very solid contribution from Dustin.

Would have to be in top 5 for the B&F.

only when he plays on instinct WP.

He's not exactly a thinking footballer, a keeper none the less though

Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

C'mon Al.  The guy plays like a veteran and he is been in the system for what 2 years?  He might not fit the profile of an Oxford scholar but neither does 90% or more of the population despite what they may see in the mirror.

Another player who has to work harder on defence when in the midfield.  When it comes to running hard into defensive positions when the opposition break our zone/press, he's not leading the chasing pack very ofter.

Has been great for us. Needs some more consistency and rack up the big numbers win lose or draw rather than Dusty has a real good game and we win.
With experience I hope the kid has big games against the big clubs.

That appears to be the case. Not bad when a kid can have such a huge influence on the result. Defensively he needs to work harder no doubt.

not basing that on martin the individual, but martin the footballer. learnt a long time ago not to confuse the individual and his football ability.

Most of the good stuff he does is seems to be on instinct rather than smart decision making.

In a way it's the nature of the beast. He's at his best when he surges, using strength to break free which causes an adrenalin rush which basically means you are running on instinct

as others have said, when he plays well, we play well, but i think it's more specifically when he kicks goals we go close to winning. Instinctual players are normally at their best around goals.

Dimma said something about how he'd try to explain something to martin and martin just looks at him as if to say just let me go play footy.

Wasn't a critisim of the kid though owl.

if we could just put concas head on martins body.......

Not enough of that thought process occurs unfortunately!
