Don't mind tatts as long as its not full body, then it just looks a mess.
Sort of puzzled how he got a hand one and plays footy at the same time, don't they take a bit longer to heal over?

Thin skin and less fleshy areas tend to heal a little quicker. Looks like mostly shading too which from experience heals a bit faster too. As long as he isn't conscious of damaging it playing footy then there shouldn't be an issue  :thumbsup

You're forgetting the shortcomings of the average Gen Y these days

True and we Baby Boomers thought Gen X were shockers.

Wouldnt think Gen X were shockers, at least they (generally) had a work ethic irrespective of opportunities...

Gen Y has a disconnect between work and reward.

Times appear to have certainly changed. I've got quite a few mates who are tattooists. They're really amazing artists and unless they were tattooists they wouldn't be able to make a coin selling their art anywhere else and would be stacking shelves or something. Tattoos seem to more an expression of something you're into these days, rather than showing you've done some time or ride in a bike gang. Some people buy t-shirts, get fridge magnets, stick patches on denim jackets, or whatever to show something they're into or express themselves. Now we can get a permanent sticker on ourselves to wear around that says something about who we are and what we're into  ;D

And they look a hell of a lot cooler than some badge on your denim jacket

I bet my left nut that when he finishes playing footy where he will have no one to hold his hand he will end up in a sad and sorry place

i doubt he would move in with you.
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."
