The most disappointing aspect of it for me is the lack of quality of the girls.

Biggest change this year is that he's kicking goals.

The B+F is awarded to the person who performs 'their role' the greatest. I think because someone's "role" can vary immensely between players, Dustin's "role" was to average 30+ possessions/match, kick 2 goals a match and give off a don't argue for the media as well.

Jackson's role was to not shank it and shutdown the opposition's best (which he did on Ablett quite well last year)

A lot of expectation was placed on Dusty, and being flogged in the first part of 2013 of not being able to run out 4 quarters would've hurt him. At the same time no one expected much from 'Hackson' so when he wasn't completely useless everyone was up in arms and gave him the B+F for performing his "role."

it's a real shame but I suppose they need some sort of metric to give the defenders a chance to win the B+F otherwise the Jack Dyer medal might as well be a rehashed brownlow night.

Ink looks fresh. Certainly more fresh than Dusty in that pic.

Regardless he's playing pretty well atm relative to other Tigers but has more to give.
Still needs to eradicate the errors from his game and work harder defensively.

I don't mind the mistakes he makes so much  bc he's usually going for a high degree of difficulty pass that will break the lines if it comes off. Only player in our side that is trying to do it. Still needs to keep working hard but as one of his harshest critics MM would you say you've noticed a change in his work ethic and ability to run out 4 qtrs? I certainly have this season.

TBH I think he's improved a bit but not an enormous amount. More noticeable has been how much others have dropped off.

Yeah for me it's Dusty and Miles. They are the only positives I can take from this year.

Apparently. Some like Edwards though have remained the same. They played like skata in the past and they're still playing like skata now despite undeserved two year contract extensions.
