That's three talls out, two talls in.  We're going for a team of mini-me's ....

You'd have to think that Polly is there to help out in the ruck, so that would mean Astbury would have to play back??

what is the matter with Axel???

i would of kept Vickery in the team!

why did they drop Thursfield for?

i can't believe Farmer, King, Nason is still in the team!

Polak has to play Ruck.

i hope they play Astbury in the forward line with Riewoldt!

GRIFFITHS!

"OUR NEXT PREMIERSHIP FULL FORWARD"

keep him in the team for the rest of the season!

our three tall forwards are finally playing together, Round 10!

Even assuming that it might be wet in Adelaide, I'd be looking for a late change.  A tall in for a small. Can't imagine Shane Tuck playing CHB.

Thursty being out signals the likely rookie elevation of the Goo after round 11.

Thursty out was probably for matchups.  The fact that it'll be wet and they've just come back from sweltering conditions in Darwin means they'll be tired.  We're trying to run them off their feet.

Bad about Nathan. Why was Will dropped? Can't believe that. Would have kept Vickery in. Glad brought in Griffiths.

Absolutely staggered that Nahas (in particular) & Farmer have survived. Equally as staggered that Collins has been selected  :gobdrop :gobdrop

i would of kept Vickery in the team!

Why?

So he can cop another battering, have is confidence further dented and then cop a barrage of criticism on fan forums by people sayng his isn't up to it? Because that owuld be the only reason you'd keep playing him

Needs a break and an opportunity to get some confidence and form back

I think they are managing Foley, this is the second time they have pulled him out using leg as the reason. Does anyone know for sure or are they finally starting to manage our players returning from injujry properly??

Polak good inclusion for mine, can slot back to cover Thursty's position when Griffiths comes on and goes forward.

Not sure about Collins, has he deserved it?? Not from reports on this forum, maybe he has, we will see.

I would have kept Rance in over King and Farmer, they just can't keep playing these players in the same team. Really we lose Vickery and Thursty height wise and include Polak and Griffiths for height but we keep the smalls, so nothing has changed. I would have brought in Browne instead of Collins.

Will Thursfield be at the club next year? It's hard for someone who is purely negative in "modern" football, I like him but I think Kel has gone past him as full back and I doubt he can hold down CHB, where will he be this time next year?

Did you mean Will Thursfield be at the club next year or Will... Will Thursfield be at the club next year.... :thumbsup ;)

Great point though and probably a player that has really escaped the trade and delisting rumors. I have always had a lot of time for this kid but I am not sure if he will ever be anymore than an average backman. He really showed some great signs a couple of years ago but apparently he had personal issues and he hasn't seem to of recovered.

Jury still out for mine, give him to the end of the year IMHO.
