We're only really 1000 behind anyway. The huge family day in 2009 is the difference. A win in Round 1 will get us 5,000 members in a week

Agree the Cousins circus was always going to attract viewers initially like a Sheen Youtube clip.
This year's numbers are genuinely impressive.

Just a hypothetical, say we were in the Bumbers position, Richo was back coaching the Tiges and we'd poached Mick Malthouse as his assistant. We're lining up in the NAB grand final this Friday.

It's been a pretty big jump this week overall.

The way it's tracking, we should be able to get to around 8,500 to 9,000 new members.

Short of the 10k, but still a fantastic effort.
